Inspired by the Japanese concept of kokoro, the harmony of heart, mind, and spirit, KOKORO brings together the craftsmanship of Mexico with a philosophy rooted in balance, intention, and refinement.
From Agave to KOKORO
KOKORO is crafted at Destiladora Bonanza (NOM 1604) under the guidance of Maestra Tequilera Rocío Rodríguez. Horno-cooked and tahona-crushed agave is fermented in open-air pine pipones with native yeast and spring water, then copper pot distilled. A blend of 90% Highlands and 10% Lowlands agave creates remarkable balance, depth, and character.
