From Agave to KOKORO

KOKORO is crafted at Destiladora Bonanza (NOM 1604) under the guidance of Maestra Tequilera Rocío Rodríguez.

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, it is horno-cooked, tahona-crushed, fermented in open-air pine pipones with native yeast and spring water, then copper pot distilled. Traditional methods and thoughtful execution come together in pursuit of exceptional balance, depth, texture, and character.
