Inspired by the Japanese concept of kokoro, the harmony of heart, mind, and spirit, KOKORO brings together the craftsmanship of Mexico with a philosophy rooted in balance, intention, and refinement.
Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, KOKORO is slowly horno-cooked, tahona-crushed, open-air fermented in pine pipones with native yeast and spring water, then copper pot distilled under the guidance of Maestra Tequilera Rocío Rodríguez.
